Michael is our Director and Physiotherapist at Kinetic Physio & Pilates. Michael graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from James Cook University and is currently finishing his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from LaTrobe University. Since graduating as a Physiotherapist, Michael has worked in private practice as well as working with various sporting clubs including; Football Federation Victoria (NPL), Melbourne Victory Women’s (W-League) and Coburg Football Club (VFL). In 2016, Michael went out to work on his own and thus Kinetic Physio & Pilates was born.
Michael has a strong interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation utilising various forms of exercise to achieve a successful rehabilitation. He treats all injuries and conditions of the body but has a special interest in lower limb injuries and biomechanics. There is no one size fits all, that’s why Michael ensures that each client is treated as an individual and given the correct care and treatment required for their injury or condition.

Away from work, Michael enjoys the outdoors, from water sports to land based activities including; hiking, swimming, diving, water sports, cycling, running and especially golf. He also enjoys spending time with his family and loved ones.
Michael hopes to one day travel around the globe utilising his skills in various sporting contexts. But for now, he is staying put, so call to make an appointment with him.
