Our virtual guide to your consultation.

Quality + Reliability = Results

At Kinetic, our focus is to restore your body’s normal function and have you back on your way to living life again as quick as possible.

Our methods are a little less traditional than how Physiotherapy is perceived. We don’t just stick you on machines and leave you, we treat you, educate you and get you back to being active.

Our approach is patient centred and driven. We utilise an active approach to rehabilitation in that most of our treatments are focussed around movement. We are very strict on exercise, utilising this to form the bulk of your recovery. When it comes to improving your physical appearance and mental well-being, we believe exercise is the key to unlocking your full potential.

We also provide a multi-disciplinary approach to healthcare, not only taking in to account your physical attributes, but your mental, diet, exercise, stress and any other factors that might be limiting your recovery.
